Terms & Conditions

Booking

Your booking is made when you submit the online booking form and receive a booking reference. Bookings in or very close to Peterborough are confirmed immediately. Bookings outside this area are confirmed once I have been in touch with you.

Payment

No payment is taken online. I will contact you to arrange a deposit and the final balance.

What's included

Two 45-minute sets of live vocals and guitar with backing tracks (drums and bass), plus professional PA and standard sound equipment. You provide a suitable performance space and electrical power.

Song requests

New song requests are subject to my approval and sufficient preparation time.

Personalised original song

This is a bespoke creative service. The song is written and produced based on the information you provide and is my creative interpretation. It is a surprise performed on the day, and there is no feedback or revision stage.

Cancellation and postponement

If you need to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible. Bookings cannot be cancelled within two weeks (14 days) of the event — if you cancel within this period, no refund will be given.

I reserve the right to cancel a booking at any time due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, injury or other events outside my control. If I have to cancel, any payments you have made to me will be refunded in full.
